The SR320 thru SR3200 series are Schottky Barrier Rectifiers designed for efficient power conversion. They offer fast switching speeds, low forward voltage, and high current capability, leading to low power loss and high efficiency. These rectifiers are suitable for applications requiring high current surge capability and are guaranteed for high-temperature soldering. Their construction features a transfer-molded plastic case with UL94v-0 rate flame retardant terminals, and a color band indicates the cathode end.
