The SDM20G60FC8 is a highly integrated and reliable three-phase brushless DC motor drive circuit, primarily used in low-power variable frequency drives. It features a built-in 3-phase full-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuit and six low-loss IGBTs. The module includes various protection functions such as undervoltage and short-circuit, offering excellent protection and a wide safe operating area. Independent negative DC terminals for each phase allow for individual current detection.
