Product Overview
The ULN2003A is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array integrated circuit, comprising seven NPN Darlington pairs with a common emitter and open-collector outputs. Each Darlington pair includes a 2.7K base resistor, ensuring direct compatibility with TTL and 5V CMOS logic levels. This device is designed for high operating voltages and currents, capable of sinking up to 500mA per channel and withstanding 50V in the OFF state. Its outputs can be paralleled for higher load currents, making it an ideal solution for driving multiple interfaces. Applications include relay drivers, DC lighting drivers, stepper motor drivers, solenoids, and DC brushless motor drivers.
