The ULN2003LV is a 7-channel high current sink driver designed as a low power upgrade to the popular ULN2003A family. It supports up to 20V output pull-up voltage and offers low output voltage drop. With 100mA (Typ.) current sink per channel at 3.3V logic input and 140mA (Typ.) at 5.0V logic input, it is compatible with 3.3V and 5.0V micro-controllers and logic interfaces. Key features include internal free-wheeling diodes for inductive kick-back protection, input pull-down resistors for tri-stating, and input RC-snubbers for noisy environments. Applications include relay drivers, stepping motor drivers, and logic level shifters.
