Product Overview
The ULN2003A and ULN2004A are monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor arrays. Each comprises seven NPN Darlington pairs with high-voltage outputs and common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. These devices offer a 500 mA rated collector current per single Darlington pair, which can be paralleled for higher current capability. They are designed for applications such as relay drivers, stepper and DC brushed motor drivers, lamp drivers, display drivers, line drivers, and logic buffers, featuring input compatibility with various logic types and output pins placed opposite input pins for simplified layout.
