It features Plug N Drive technology for compact, high-performance AC motor-drivers in a single isolated package, simplifying design. The module includes an internal shunt resistor for easy current feedback and overcurrent monitoring, a built-in temperature monitor, over-current protection, short-circuit rated IGBTs, and under-voltage lockout for enhanced protection and fail-safe operation. Integration of bootstrap diodes and a single-polarity power supply further simplifies utilization and reduces costs.
