The SPE05M50T-A/C is an Intelligent Power Module (IPM) designed for various applications including refrigerator compressors, lampblack machines, electric fans, air purifiers, and dishwasher pumps. It features signal high-level validity compatible with 3.3V and 5V MCUs, lower arm MOSFET source output, built-in bootstrap diode, anti-shoot-through protection, undervoltage protection, and integrated temperature detection output. The module offers an insulation withstand voltage of 1500V.
