This 3A Surface Mount Schottky Bridge Rectifier series (TB34S through TB320S) offers a wide range of reverse voltages from 40V to 200V. Designed for surface mount applications, these rectifiers feature high surge current capability and are suitable for single-phase half-wave 60 Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. For capacitive loads, current derating by 20% is recommended. The compact ABS/LBF package is ideal for space-constrained designs.
