The JIANGSU CHANGJIANG ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD PCR series are TO-92 plastic-encapsulated silicon controlled rectifiers (thyristors). These logic-level sensitive gate thyristors are designed for direct interfacing with microcontrollers, logic integrated circuits, and other low-power gate trigger circuits. They offer blocking voltages up to 400V (PCR406) or 600V (PCR606) and an RMS on-state current of 0.6A. Ideal for general-purpose switching and phase control applications, including solid-state relays.
