This Low VF Schottky barrier rectifier is designed for high-frequency, miniature switched mode power supplies. It offers low forward voltage, high current capability, high forward surge capability, low power losses, and high efficiency. The device features guarding for overvoltage protection and is available in TO-247/PT and TO-247S/PTS packages. Ideal for applications such as adapters, lighting, and on-board DC/DC converters.
