The SML4728~SML4764 series are glass-passivated Zener diodes designed for surface-mounted applications. They offer low Zener impedance, low regulation factor, and high reliability, with glass-passivated chips and high-temperature soldering capabilities (guaranteed 260/10 s at terminals). Standard voltage tolerance is 10%, with an option for 5% tolerance (suffix A). These components comply with RoHS 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC directives. They are ideal for voltage stabilization applications.
