The MBRF 0L100 is a 40A Low VF Schottky Barrier Rectifier designed for high-efficiency applications. It features low power loss, high surge capacity, and high-frequency operation. Ideal for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection circuits, this rectifier utilizes a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction, offering high current capability and a low forward voltage drop. A guard ring is incorporated for over-voltage protection.
