Product Overview
The DSK12 thru DSK120 series are high-efficiency rectifier diodes housed in a JEDEC SOD-123FL molded plastic body. They feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, offering low power loss and high efficiency. These diodes are designed for applications requiring high forward surge current capability and are suitable for single-phase half-wave 60Hz rectification with resistive or inductive loads. They are also capable of high-temperature soldering.
