Metal Silicon Junction Rectifier Diode KUU SS26 with High Temperature Soldering Capability at 250C
Product Overview
This product is a series of high-efficiency, low-power-loss rectifier diodes designed for surface-mounted applications. Featuring a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, these diodes offer high forward surge current capability and are ideal for automated placement due to built-in strain relief. They are suitable for single-phase half-wave 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads, with a derating of 20% for capacitive loads. The plastic body is molded from material with an Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0, and the terminals are solderable per MIL-STD-750, Method 2026. High-temperature soldering is guaranteed at 250C for 10 seconds at the terminals.
