The MUR2005 thru MUR2060 series are 20A Super Fast Barrier Rectifiers designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters. They feature low power loss, high efficiency, high surge capacity, and a high current capability with a low forward voltage drop. The devices utilize a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction and include a guard ring for over-voltage protection. They are housed in a TO-220AB package and meet UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, being Halogen-free and RoHS-compliant.
