Product Overview
The DSK12 thru DSK120 series are high-efficiency rectifier diodes housed in a JEDEC SOD-123FL molded plastic body. They feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, offering low power loss and high forward surge current capability. These diodes are suitable for single-phase half-wave 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads, and are designed for high-temperature soldering.
