The 12M01 thru 12M10 series are surface mount fast switching rectifiers designed for a voltage range of 50 to 1000 Volts and a current of 1.0 Ampere. Featuring glass passivated chips, these rectifiers are ideal for surface mounted applications, offering low leakage and high forward surge current capability. They are designed for high temperature soldering up to 260C for 10 seconds.
