Product Overview
The MB01S thru MB10S series are surface mount glass passivated standard rectifier bridges designed for applications requiring voltage ratings from 50 to 1000 Volts and a current of 1.0 Ampere. These rectifiers feature glass passivated chip junctions, making them ideal for surface mounted applications with low leakage and high forward surge current capability. They are capable of high temperature soldering up to 260 for 10 seconds at terminals.
