Product Description
The SJxx06xx high temperature SCR series is designed for uni-directional switch applications. It is ideal for phase control, heating, motor speed controls, converters/rectifiers, and capacitive discharge ignitions. These SCRs feature a low gate current trigger level and a sensitive version with a significantly lower gate trigger current. Key advantages include voltage capability up to 600V, surge capability up to 100A, and a maximum junction temperature of 150C. The series is halogen-free and RoHS compliant.
Typical applications include capacitive discharge systems for motorcycle engine CDI, portable generator engine ignition, strobe lights, and nailers. They are also suitable for generic rectifiers, battery voltage regulators, converters, and controls for power tools, home appliances, and white goods.
