The HER101 thru HER108 series are axial high efficiency rectifiers designed for high-speed switching applications. They feature a low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, high forward surge capability, and high reliability, making them suitable for general-purpose rectification. These rectifiers are guaranteed for high-temperature soldering up to 260 for 10 seconds.
