Product Overview
The VUO80-16NO1 is a standard rectifier module featuring a three-phase bridge configuration. It offers improved temperature and power cycling capabilities, a very low forward voltage drop, and low leakage current. Designed for main rectification and input rectifiers in PWM inverters, it is suitable for various DC power equipment, including battery DC power supplies and field supplies for DC motors. The module comes in an industry-standard V1-A-Pack with a DCB ceramic base plate for isolation and soldering pins for PCB mounting.
