DSEC60-06A Low Loss and Soft Recovery High Performance Fast Recovery Diode

Product Overview
The DSEC60-06A is a common cathode, high-performance Fast Recovery Diode featuring low loss and soft recovery characteristics. Designed with planar passivated chips, it offers very low leakage current, very short recovery times, and improved thermal behavior. Its very low Irm-values and soft reverse recovery contribute to reduced power dissipation and turn-on losses in commutating switches, making it ideal for high-frequency switching applications. This diode is suitable as an antiparallel diode for high-frequency switching devices, an antisaturation diode, a snubber diode, a free-wheeling diode, and in rectifiers for switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
