Product Overview
The DSEP2x25-12C is a high-performance dynamic fast recovery diode featuring extreme low loss and soft recovery characteristics. It utilizes parallel legs with series-connected dice and HiPerDynFRED technology. Key advantages include very low leakage current, very short recovery time, improved thermal behavior, and very soft recovery, which reduces EMI/RFI and turn-on losses in commutating switches. This diode is ideal as an antiparallel diode for high-frequency switching devices, antisaturation diode, snubber diode, and freewheeling diode. It is also suitable for rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
