Product Description
The ULN2003AM is a monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It features seven independent Darlington driver circuits, each with a flyback diode for inductive loads like relays and stepper motors. Each Darlington pair can output 500mA, with parallel connection for higher current capability. Its integrated 2.7K base resistors allow direct connection to TTL/CMOS logic at 5V, eliminating the need for standard logic buffers. Applications include relay drivers, lighting drivers, LED displays, stepper motor drivers, and logic buffers.
