The UMB1F THRU UMB10F series are SINGLE PHASE ULTRA FAST BRIDGE RECTIFIERS designed for printed circuit board applications. They feature glass passivated die construction, low leakage, and are ideal for surface mount applications. These rectifiers are suitable for use in single-phase, half-wave, 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads, with current derating for capacitive loads.
