It features high short circuit capability with self-limiting short circuit current, VCE(sat) with a positive temperature coefficient, fast switching, and short tail current. The module includes free-wheeling diodes with fast and soft reverse recovery, and low switching losses. Ideal for motor drives, inverters, converters, SMPS, UPS, welders, and induction heating.
