They offer reverse voltage ratings from 50V to 1000V and feature glass passivated junctions for enhanced performance. The plastic material used has Underwriters Laboratory flammability recognition 94V-0, and the devices are capable of surge overload ratings up to 175 amperes peak. High temperature soldering is guaranteed at 265/10 seconds.
