Product Overview
The Teccor Sxx15x & Sxx16x Series are standard SCR thyristors designed for unidirectional switching in phase control applications. They offer excellent performance for heating and motor speed controls, triggered by low current and voltage. Key features include glass-passivated junctions, high voltage capability up to 1000V, and surge capability up to 225A. These SCRs are RoHS-compliant and suitable for various applications like capacitive discharge systems, power tools, and home appliances. Internally constructed isolated packages are available for ease of heat sinking.
