The GBP3005-GBP310 series are silicon bridge rectifiers designed for printed circuit board applications. They offer a high PRV rating up to 1000V and a surge overload capability of 70 Amperes peak. These rectifiers are constructed using a molded plastic technique, providing a reliable and inexpensive solution. The plastic material complies with UL flammability classification 94V-O, and the components are lead solderable per MIL-STD-202 method 208.
