Product Overview
The EC103xx & SxSx Series are 0.8 Amp Sensitive SCRs from Teccor, designed as excellent unidirectional switches for phase control applications like heating and motor speed controls. These sensitive gate SCRs are easily triggered by low current levels from sources such as sense coils, proximity switches, and microprocessors. They offer voltage capabilities up to 600V and surge capabilities up to 20A. Typical applications include capacitive discharge systems for strobe lights, gas engine ignition, and controls for power tools and various household appliances.
