Uni directional SCR Littelfuse SJ6025RTP suitable for phase control heating motor speed and converter
Product Description
The SJxx25xx high temperature SCR series is designed for uni-directional switch applications. It is ideal for phase control in heating, motor speed controls, converters/rectifiers, and inrush current controllers. These SCRs feature a low gate current trigger level (6mA, 10mA, or 35mA maximum at approximately 1.5V) and a high maximum junction temperature of 150C. They offer surge capability up to 350A at 60Hz half cycle and are recognized to UL 1557 as an Electrically Isolated Semiconductor Device. Applications include capacitive discharge systems for strobe lights, nailers, staplers, gas engine ignition, AC to DC applications, low power AC motor control, and controls for power tools, home appliances, and white goods. Internally constructed isolated packages are available for ease of heat sinking with high isolation voltage.
