Product Overview

The LMUN5211T1G Series represents a new generation of NPN Silicon Surface Mount Transistors with integrated monolithic bias resistor networks. These Bias Resistor Transistors (BRTs) are designed to replace discrete transistors and external biasing components, thereby simplifying circuit design, reducing board space, and lowering component count. Housed in a compact SC-70/SOT-323 package, they are ideal for low-power surface mount applications and are compatible with wave or reflow soldering. The modified gull-winged leads enhance thermal stress absorption during soldering, protecting the die. These devices are available on 8 mm embossed tape and reel for automated assembly.
