Littelfuse K0900SRP Silicon Bilateral Switch Featuring Low On State Voltage for AC Circuit Operation
Product Overview
The SIDAC is a silicon bilateral voltage-triggered switch designed for AC circuit applications. It switches on when the applied voltage exceeds its breakover voltage, transitioning through a negative resistance region to a low on-state voltage. Conduction is maintained until the current drops below the holding current. Featuring glass-passivated junctions, SIDACs offer ruggedness and reliability for harsh environments. They are suitable for high-voltage power supplies, natural gas igniters, high-pressure sodium lamps, and Xenon flash ignition.
