Product Overview

The NYC222, NYC226, and NYC228 are surface-mount thyristors designed for repetitive peak operation in applications such as CD ignition, fuel ignitors, flash circuits, motor controls, and low-power switching. These devices offer blocking voltages up to 600V, high surge current capability of 15A, and very low forward "on" voltage at high current, all within a low-cost SOT-223 package. They are Pb-Free devices.
