DSEI2x61-10B is a Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode featuring planar passivated chips with low leakage current and very short recovery time. It offers improved thermal behavior and very low Irm-values with very soft recovery characteristics. This diode is avalanche voltage rated for reliable operation and provides soft reverse recovery for low EMI/RFI, reducing power dissipation and turn-on loss in commutating switches. It is ideal as an antiparallel diode for high-frequency switching devices, antisaturation diode, snubber diode, and free-wheeling diode, as well as for rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).Product Attributes
