The Teccor Sxx15x and Sxx16x Series are standard SCR thyristors designed for unidirectional switching in phase control applications. They offer excellent performance for heating and motor speed controls, triggered by low current and voltage. These SCRs feature glass-passivated junctions, voltage capabilities up to 1000V, and surge capabilities up to 225A. They are RoHS-compliant and suitable for various applications including capacitive discharge systems, power tools, and home appliances.
