Product Overview
The VBO130-12NO7 is a standard rectifier module featuring a PWS-E package with DCB ceramic isolation. It offers improved temperature and power cycling, planar passivated chips, and a very low forward voltage drop and leakage current. This diode is designed for main rectification in one-phase bridge configurations, suitable for DC power equipment, PWM inverter input rectifiers, DC power supplies, and field supplies for DC motors. The module is RoHS compliant and easy to mount with two screws.
