The MCMA35P1600TA is a phase leg Thyristor module designed for line frequency applications. It features planar passivated chips, long-term stability, and a Direct Copper Bonded Al2O3-ceramic for excellent thermal management. This module is suitable for a wide range of power control applications including line rectifying, softstart AC motor control, DC motor control, power converters, and lighting/temperature control. It comes in a TO-240AA package, offering an industry-standard outline with RoHS compliance and soldering pins for PCB mounting.
