Product Overview

The DPF30I300PA is a high-performance, low-loss, single fast recovery diode from IXYS, featuring HiPerFRED technology. It offers very short recovery times, improved thermal behavior, and very soft recovery characteristics, minimizing EMI/RFI and reducing power dissipation in the commutating switch. This diode is ideal as an antiparallel diode for high-frequency switching devices, antisaturation diode, snubber diode, and free-wheeling diode in applications such as switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). The device is housed in a RoHS-compliant TO-220 package.
