This series of surface mount Zener diodes offers low Zener impedance, high stability, and reliability, making them ideally suited for automated assembly processes. The plastic material carries UL recognition. The color band on the package denotes the cathode end. These diodes are designed for any mounting position and are rated at 25C ambient temperature unless otherwise specified. They are available in a SOD-80 Small Outline Plastic package.
