The DSP45-12A is a standard phase leg rectifier featuring planar passivated chips, offering very low leakage current and a very low forward voltage drop with improved thermal behavior. Designed for main rectification in single and three-phase bridge configurations, this diode comes in the industry-standard TO-247 package and is RoHS compliant. Its epoxy meets UL 94V-0 standards.
