The 1N5283-1 thru 1N5314-1 and 1N7041-1 thru 1N7055-1 series are 0.5 watt current regulators offering a selection from 0.22 mA to 10 mA with standard 10% tolerances. These devices regulate current over a broad voltage range, acting as a counterpart to Zener diodes. The D0-7 package features a double-plug internal bond connection and a larger active die element, making it suitable as a current limiter. They are designed for applications requiring stable current regulation over wide voltage and temperature ranges, are nonsensitive to ESD, and feature flexible axial-lead mounting terminals.
