The LESHAN RADIO COMPANY, LTD. BRT (Bias Resistor Transistor) series offers NPN Silicon Surface Mount Transistors with integrated monolithic bias resistor networks. Designed to replace discrete transistors and external bias resistors, these devices simplify circuit design, reduce component count, and minimize board space. The BRT series is ideal for low-power surface mount applications and is housed in the space-saving SOT-723 package. These devices are Pb-Free and AEC-Q101 Qualified and PPAP Capable, making them suitable for automotive and other demanding applications. They can be soldered using wave or reflow processes and are available in tape and reel packaging.
