Product Overview

The Leshan Radio Company, Ltd. BRT (Bias Resistor Transistor) series offers NPN silicon surface mount transistors integrated with a monolithic bias resistor network. These devices are designed to replace a single transistor and its external bias resistors, simplifying circuit design, reducing board space, and lowering component count. The BRT contains a single transistor with a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor integrated into a single package. Housed in the SC-89 package, these transistors are suitable for low-power surface mount applications and can be soldered using wave or reflow processes. The modified gull-winged leads are designed to absorb thermal stress during soldering. The S- prefix denotes devices qualified for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements, being AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable.
