The LDTA114EET1G Series represents a new generation of PNP Silicon Surface Mount Transistors featuring an integrated monolithic bias resistor network. These Bias Resistor Transistors (BRTs) are designed to replace discrete transistors and external bias resistors, simplifying circuit design, reducing board space, and lowering component count. The integrated network consists of a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor, offering a compact solution for low-power surface mount applications. The SC-89 package is suitable for wave or reflow soldering, with modified gull-winged leads designed to absorb thermal stress.
