The LMUN2211LT1G Series represents a new generation of digital transistors designed to streamline circuit design by integrating a single transistor with a monolithic bias resistor network. This innovative BRT (Bias Resistor Transistor) eliminates the need for separate external resistors, leading to reduced system costs and optimized board space. Housed in a compact SOT-23 package, these transistors are ideal for low-power surface mount applications. Their modified gull-winged leads are engineered to absorb thermal stress during soldering, preventing damage to the die. The devices are available on 8 mm embossed tape and reel for efficient handling and automated assembly.
