Product Overview

The LMUN5211T1G series are NPN Silicon Surface Mount Transistors with integrated monolithic bias resistor networks. These Bias Resistor Transistors (BRTs) are designed to replace a single transistor and its external bias resistor network, simplifying circuit design, reducing board space, and lowering component count. Housed in the SC-70/SOT-323 package, they are suitable for low-power surface mount applications and can be soldered using wave or reflow processes. The modified gull-winged leads offer thermal stress absorption during soldering. The S- prefix variants are qualified for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements, AEC-Q101 qualified, and PPAP capable.
