The LMUN2211LT1G Series is a line of NPN Silicon Surface Mount Transistors with Monolithic Bias Resistor Networks (BRT). These devices integrate a single transistor with a monolithic bias network, eliminating the need for external resistors. This integration simplifies circuit design, reduces board space, and lowers system costs. Housed in a SOT23 package, they are designed for low-power surface mount applications and are compatible with wave or reflow soldering. The modified gull-winged leads offer thermal stress absorption during soldering, protecting the die.
