The LeShan Radio Company, Ltd. BRT (Bias Resistor Transistor) series offers PNP Silicon Surface Mount Transistors with integrated monolithic bias resistor networks. These devices are designed to simplify circuit design, reduce board space, and decrease component count by replacing a single transistor and its external resistor bias network with a single component. They are housed in a SOT-23 package suitable for low power surface mount applications and can be soldered using wave or reflow methods, with modified gull-winged leads to absorb thermal stress. The series is available in 8 mm embossed tape and reel packaging.
