The BZT52C2V4~BZT52C51 series are SOD-523 small outline plastic package Zener diodes designed for low Zener impedance, high stability, and high reliability. They are ideally suited for automated assembly processes. The plastic material carries UL recognition. These diodes are suitable for applications requiring a Zener voltage range from 2.4V to 51V with a peak pulse power of 500mW.
